Second Class was good.  We watched a TED talk about Tidying up Art.  It was a funny video to watch.  I saw it for the first time in my Graphics Skills class and have watched it at home since when showing friends it.  We then discussed us Tidying up art.  I was a little worried about it, but excited.  I discovered that I really like the feeling of straightening things up.  I was eager to start and found a painting that I liked.  I did not really have issues sorting out the colours in the painting, but I am struggling to figure out what to do with the black lines.  I will just try different things and see if any of them really feel like they work.

First Class I think went very well.  We went over a lot of stuff.  We then broke down into groups.  We were given an object that we had to explain, but not using words like handle. When our time was up we then had to hand our description to another group and they had to create it/draw it.  It was very interesting to see what the groups came up with.  Our group figured out what the object was and then had to think more creative about how to do out project.  We found that making it exactly how it was written was best.  The end product I think came out well.  It was not an easy task to do for some of my group.  I remember having issues with my creative thinking only last semester.  It is something that I still have to work on, but am happy to work on it.  I think it helps me in more then just class.
